This Privacy Policy explains how Skella & Co Pty Ltd (ACN 624 414 179) handles information in connection with the PickUp Sign mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Information We Collect
We collect no personal information. PickUp Sign is designed to operate without collecting, storing, transmitting, or processing any personal data whatsoever.
- No account required. You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details to use the App.
- No analytics or tracking. We do not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or third-party data collection tools.
- No advertising. The App contains no advertisements and no ad-tracking technology.
- No network requests. The App does not make any network requests for data collection purposes. It works entirely offline.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The only data the App stores is the name you type, which is saved locally on your device using the operating system's standard local storage (SharedPreferences on iOS). This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is never transmitted to any server
- Is never accessible to Skella & Co Pty Ltd or any third party
- Is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional "Colour Themes" upgrade available via Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple Inc. through the App Store.
- Skella & Co Pty Ltd never receives, processes, or stores any payment information, credit card details, or billing data.
- Purchase records are managed by Apple under their own Privacy Policy.
4. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since the App collects no personal data from any user, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's data.
5. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. The only external service involved is Apple's App Store for the optional in-app purchase, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
6. Data Security
Since we collect no personal data, there is no personal data to secure, breach, or misuse. The locally stored name on your device is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, etc.).

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Access any personal information we hold about you. We hold none.
- Request correction of any personal information. We hold none.
- Make a complaint about our handling of personal information.
