Mr Ryan

Where chauffeurs meet passengers
at Frankfurt Airport.

Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is 12 km south-west of central Frankfurt at the Frankfurter Kreuz autobahn interchange. The airport has two terminals: Terminal 1 (Lufthansa hub and Star Alliance partners) and Terminal 2 (Oneworld and most other airlines). The terminals are connected by the free Sky Line people-mover. Chauffeurs meet arriving passengers in the arrivals halls A, B, C (Terminal 1) or D, E (Terminal 2).

Practical tips for FRA.

Lufthansa hub means Terminal 1

Most Lufthansa and Star Alliance flights arrive at Terminal 1. Sub-terminals A, B, and C each have their own arrivals hall.

Sky Line for inter-terminal transfers

The free Sky Line people-mover runs between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Plan an extra 10-15 minutes if a client transfers from one to the other.

Short-stay P4 and P9

P4 (Terminal 1) and P9 (Terminal 2) are the closest short-stay car parks. Both are free for the first 10 minutes.

Common pickup types.

Lufthansa long-haul, Terminal 1

Transatlantic or Asian long-haul on Lufthansa. Chauffeur in Hall A, B, or C with the name on a tablet.

Oneworld arrival, Terminal 2

British Airways, American, or Iberia arrival. Meet in Hall D or E.

Business charter transfer

Small-group transfer for a corporate visit. Names colour-coded across drivers via the optional Colour Themes upgrade.
